New Partnership with Kyoto University of Advanced Science

The College of Engineering signed an agreement with the Kyoto University of Advanced Science (KUAS), Faculty of Engineering department to encourage and promote collaborations in research, education, and cultural exchange.

Kyoto University of Advanced Science is located in a global city which has the highest rate of university students of any city in Japan. KUAS celebrated its 50th year anniversary in 2019 and recently founded its Faculty of Engineering department led by a diverse faculty team and delivered in new state-of-the-art facilities.

The all-English taught engineering program offers courses in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics engineering, focusing on the technology that will help shape the future. The program provides opportunities for students to work with Kyoto’s vast manufacturing industry partners.
